If this sounds familiar

You are doing a lot right.
You just need the whole picture.

“I eat healthily.”

Nutritious food still has portions, patterns and context. Healthy choices can support fat loss without automatically creating it.

“I train really hard.”

Training matters, but it cannot consistently outwork a diet that is not aligned with your goal.

“I always end up starting again.”

The answer is not a stricter six-week plan. It is learning how to stay consistent when the week is not perfect.

My progress — 30 kg lost
“I was training hard and eating foods I thought were healthy—but I was still eating too much to make the progress I wanted.”
My story

I know what it feels like to do the work and still not see the change.

I spent years yo-yo dieting. I would commit, see some progress, lose momentum and eventually feel like I had to start all over again.

At the same time, I was training hard. I assumed the work I put into exercise should be enough—but I could not out-train my diet. Even when I believed I was eating healthily, I was simply eating too much for the result I wanted.

The turning point was not another crash diet. It was learning how food, portions, habits and consistency actually worked together. That experience is why my coaching is practical, human and built for the long term.

My career as a chef shapes that approach too. I know food has to be more than numbers on a plan: it needs flavour, sensible portions and recipes you can realistically make again. I bring that kitchen experience into the meal guidance and recipes I create for clients.

What changed everythingLess all-or-nothing thinking. More repeatable actions.
How the Progress app works

Your coaching, organised around real life.

A simple rhythm that makes it easier to notice patterns, act on feedback and know what to do next—without trying to be perfect every day.

01 · Every day

Log the things that shape your progress.

Keep meals, weight, steps, sleep, habits and notes together. It takes a few minutes and gives Dan the context behind the numbers—not just a single good or bad day.

  • Quick meal and habit logging
  • Space for the context only you know
  • A clear view of today and the week
02 · When you eat

Photograph a meal. Review it. Log it.

The AI meal scan can suggest what is on your plate and estimate the nutrition. You stay in control: check the foods and portions, correct anything that is wrong, then save it to your diary.

  • Take a photo or choose one from your library
  • Add details the camera cannot see
  • Review every estimate before saving
03 · Each week

Turn your week into useful feedback.

Complete a focused weekly check-in, reflect on what helped or got in the way, and submit it for review. Dan combines your answers with your logs before sending personal feedback and clear action points.

  • Reflect on wins, challenges and confidence
  • Feedback is reviewed and approved by Dan
  • Finish with a small number of useful next actions
04 · Full Package

Know what to eat—and what to buy.

Full Package clients can follow a personalised weekly meal plan built around their goals and routine. The matching shopping list keeps the ingredients organised, so planning the week takes less effort.

  • A day-by-day plan made for you
  • Flexible meal choices and practical swaps
  • An organised list you can tick off as you shop
05 · In the kitchen

Recipe cards made to be cooked.

Open a recipe and see exactly what you need. Clear portions, preparation and cooking times, nutrition, ingredients and step-by-step instructions make each meal easy to follow.

  • Simple instructions from a coach who is also a chef
  • Adjustable servings and practical alternatives
  • Add recipe ingredients to your shopping list

How coaching works

A plan only works when it works in your life.

The app gives us the full picture. Coaching turns that information into decisions and repeatable habits that fit your week.

01

Understand the pattern

We look beyond one ‘good’ or ‘bad’ day to understand your food, routine, training and the moments that keep tripping you up.

02

Make the next step clear

You get realistic targets, practical food guidance and simple actions that fit your actual week—not an imaginary perfect one.

03

Review, learn and adjust

I review your progress, give honest feedback and adapt the plan when work, weekends, training or life changes.

The human advantage

The app tracks. I coach.

Progress gives us one clear place for food, habits, check-ins, plans and messages. I use that context to spot patterns, ask better questions and make the next decision with you.

Built beyond week six

This is not a countdown to going back to your old habits.

Short plans can create urgency. They rarely teach you what to do on a busy Tuesday, a social weekend or the week motivation disappears. Progress is built for those moments.

Questions, answered

What you need to know.

Clear answers before you decide whether to apply.

Is this another restrictive diet?

No. The aim is to build a way of eating you can repeat. We use structure where it helps, stay flexible where life needs it and focus on habits you can keep long after the first few weeks.

Will I have to cut out the foods I enjoy?

No food needs to be automatically banned. We work on portions, patterns, planning and better choices so your nutrition supports your goal without making normal life impossible.

Do I get recipes and meal guidance?

Every plan includes practical nutrition guidance. The Full Package adds personalised meal planning, chef-developed recipes, flexible swaps and shopping support.

Do I need to train in a gym?

No. Progress is nutrition coaching first. If you train, I can help you fuel it properly, but your plan is built around your current lifestyle and activity.

What does the Progress app do?

It keeps check-ins, food, progress, plans and messages together. It does not replace your coach: I review the context, make the decisions and give you personal feedback.

What happens after I apply?

I read every application personally. I’ll contact you to understand your goals, answer questions and decide together which level of support is the best fit.
